Frequently asked questions

Are the parts genuine Mitsubishi parts?

Yes. We sell only new, genuine Mitsubishi OEM parts identified by the manufacturer’s own part number. We do not sell aftermarket copies, remanufactured or used parts.

What is an OEM part number?

An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) number is the code Mitsubishi assigns to a specific part, for example MB618905. It is usually printed on the old part or its label and is the most reliable way to identify the exact part you need.

How do I find the right part?

Type the OEM number (or its beginning) or a part description into the search field. Results are sorted by code and every result opens its own part page with the price. If you do not know the number, send us your VIN through the inquiry form and we will help identify it.

Will the part fit my car?

The catalog lists parts by OEM number and does not filter by model or body style, so fitment is not confirmed automatically. Match the OEM number on your old part, or send us your VIN before ordering and we will check it for you.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All part prices are shown in euros and already include 21% Lithuanian VAT. Delivery is added separately at checkout, also with VAT included.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 5–14 working days from order confirmation. Genuine parts are ordered specifically for you, so the exact time depends on the part.

How much does delivery cost?

Pickup in Kaunas is free. Courier delivery anywhere in Lithuania is a flat €5.70. International delivery depends on the order total: up to €200.00 — €21.30, up to €600.00 — €32.60, above €600.00 — €53.80. All rates include VAT.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes, free of charge at Pramonės pr. 6-113, LT-51267 Kaunas, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00, once we confirm the order is ready.

Can I return a part?

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the part, without giving a reason, by emailing info@partsinn.lt. The part must then be returned within 14 days, complete and well protected for transport. Full conditions are on the returns page.

Does the order quantity mean the part is in stock?

No. The order quantity is the packaging or minimum quantity listed in the catalog, not stock on hand. Availability is confirmed when you order.

What is a supersession number?

When Mitsubishi updates a part, the old number can be replaced by a new one. Where the catalog lists such a number we show it on the part page, but it does not by itself confirm that the two parts are interchangeable on your car.

Why do some parts have no price?

A few catalog entries do not yet have a confirmed price. They are not free: they show “price on request” and cannot be added to the cart. Send us the OEM number and we will quote it.

Do you work with workshops and fleets?

Yes. Workshops, fleets and parts retailers can send us a list of OEM numbers and quantities; terms and timing are agreed individually. See the business page or contact us directly.

How can I contact you?

Email info@partsinn.lt, Monday to Friday 9:00–17:00, or use the inquiry form at the bottom of the home page — include the OEM number or VIN for the fastest answer.

Are the product photos of the actual part?

Most catalog entries do not have their own photo. Where an illustrative image is shown it is marked as such — identify the part by its OEM number, not by the picture.

How do I place an order and follow it?

Add priced parts to the cart, choose delivery and pay at checkout. The final total is calculated before payment. With a customer account you can see all your orders and their current status under “Orders”.

How many Mitsubishi parts are in the catalog?

More than 300,000 genuine Mitsubishi part numbers, grouped into categories such as engine, body, suspension, brakes and electrical system. Only Mitsubishi parts — no other brands.

What is in the {category} category?

{count} genuine Mitsubishi part numbers classified as {category}. Each entry has its own page with the OEM number, the catalog description, the price with VAT and, where listed, the order quantity and supersession number.

How was the category assigned?

Categories come from our parts classification by OEM number, not from guesses based on the description. Parts without a classification are listed under “Other”, so search by OEM number if you cannot find a part in a category.

Which parts are listed under “{keyword}”?

{count} genuine Mitsubishi parts in the {category} category whose catalog description matches “{keyword}”. The list is based on the description only, so confirm the exact part by OEM number or VIN.

Who is the seller?

PARTSinn is an independent online store selling new genuine OEM parts; it is not affiliated with Mitsubishi Motors. Full legal details are published in the terms and privacy policy.
